In some news that will surely make you laugh this weekend Mundo Deportivo claim Barcelona have abandoned plans to sign Paulo Dybala after it was believed that player was incompatible with Lionel Messi.
Dybala was thought to be a successor to Neymar following the €222m move to Paris Saint-Germain.
It was believed Juventus would sell the star player for a fee of €150m, even though the club continually stressed he was not for sale.
The two players have played together for the Argentinian national team and lack of synergy on the pitch has never seemed to be an issue.
The news is strange as Dybala was just given the storied #10 jersey at Juventus and recently signed a contract extension until 2022.
