Former Juventus striker Zbigniew Boniek spoke to Radio Crc today and talked about his former sides chances in the Champions League final in Cardiff in just under three weeks.

“The final in Cardiff? It is a game which will definitely be equal, Juventus have a solid defense and when two sides of this calibre play, anything can happen,” the Pole said.

“Two years ago (against Barcelona) Juventus entered the pitch as underdogs, today anything can happen and no result will surprise me.”

“Is this Juventus similar to mine? We had some of the best players in the World from every nation, this Juventus is characterized by the collective and it is very difficult to compare.”

Boniek also spared a thought for Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri:

“Sarri is one of the best coaches in Italy: having skilled players is one thing, but then teaching them football is another situation altogether and not not for everyone.”
