Former Juve star Alvaro Morata is reportedly going to be the next major signing made by AC Milan, with the Rossoneri admitting that they want a big-name striker this summer.
“It’d be nice to have one from Andrea Belotti, Morata or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang,” club CEO Marco Fassone told reporters on Sunday. “We’ll see who the choice lands on, even if there are also other names who haven’t been splashed on the front pages yet.
“Evidently we are still thinking of doing something in that position.”
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Morata has become a viable option after both Chelsea and Manchester United failed to agree terms. Milan are believed to have offered €70 million, but the Spanish forward recently said he could never betray his two years at Juve by signing for another Italian club.
